BOO - Kevin LaZur

ZOMBIES HAVE ATTACKED. I would stay in Lexington, because I know the land. This seems important; I don't want to get lost when zombies are lurking about everywhere I go. My farm comes in handy for growing crops, because I need a way to provide food for myself when grocery stores are a luxury we no longer have. I suppose I would have to live there, even though if enough zombies came I would be totally surrounded. I would have my mom and her friend Roger to be in charge of the crops and farming. My dad and I are in charge of defense and search parties. The defense part means working on ways to make traps, never letting a zombie into our property without us knowing, and always having an escape plan. The search party means we'll take as many people as we can, without leaving the farm unprotected, and search for helpless survivors and more supplies.

How will this go chronologically? Looting some supplies will be quite difficult because there will most likely be people with guns who want them more. But still, it won't be long until all the grocery stores are ransacked, so I would first drive to a store, get as much as I could, and then get to the farm. I would then focus on collecting all the members we need to form a functional group. Then comes the scavenging. The zombie population will probably be mild for the first few days, which is when we need to go and collect everything we can, while dealing with any zombies we come across

During these first few days, when I'm back at the farm I'll need to be training myself. Blades and clubs don't need ammo, so I will become very familiar with one of the tools at the farm i.e. sledgehammer, scythe, machete, baseball bat. I must also work every day to keep myself physically fit in order to defend myself, and fast enough to run away if needed. Fortunately, a lot more people will turn into zombies after a while so I get to take their stuff, and that's totally fine because they're zombies and they really don't need it. I would go to the rich neighborhoods first. If I'm lucky I'll find guns and ammo, hopefully expensive ones. Food is nice, but hunger is probably more manageable than crowds of zombies approaching our territory.

I have a very clear image of myself walking through empty neighborhoods wearing full hockey gear. I really would like to have a sword.
