Do you know your neighbor?-Maya Creamer

I sit next to Brandon Castillo in English class. Before this year, I'd only had one or two classes with him, and so I'd never really talked to him before. Now, having talked to him and gotten to know him better, I've learned that he is a really great guy.
Brandon is very friendly and easy to talk to; he's always quick to engage in a conversation, and even though we hadn't talked much before this year, he very quickly made me feel like we'd been friends for a long time. He likes to make jokes, and he always seems happy and smiling. Because of this, if I were to pick a color to represent him, it would be yellow, and the animal that he is most like is a dog.
Brandon is also a very passionate person. He is very dedicated to Christianity, and is active with his church, Crossroads Christian Church. Although I'm not Christian, I admire the fact that he is so proud of his religion, and so involved in it. I think he will be very involved with his religion and his church his entire life. He is also very passionate about ultimate frisbee; every Friday, all he can talk about for the whole period is the fact that he is going to play after school. Finally, he is passionate about sports. Sports, especially fantasy football, often come up as a topic of conversation when he is talking to the other boys in our class.
In five years, I see Brandon playing on the ultimate frisbee team of whatever college he chooses to attend, and either playing other sports or being a very enthusiastic fan at his colleges' athletic events. I think he will also be involved in Christian organizations and other clubs at his school, and just generally enjoying being in college.
