Brave Little Toaster- Madye Moore

I'm just about every teenagers obsession. They're using me as well as many other things of my kind constantly. Most of their parents and teachers hate us, except of course the ones that know just how useful we can be. Most of the things we do are good, but some people misuse us to the point where we aren't helpful anymore. Technology is ever-changing nowadays, and so are we.
My day starts off around 7:30, when she takes me off the charger to check her messages and social media accounts, then puts me in her pocket and keeps me there for a while. Then about 30 minutes later when she gets to school she takes me back out (once again to check her messages). She spends the majority of first hour using me because there really isn't anything better to do for that hour. But then I'm normally not taken back out until 3rd hour or lunch, depending on whether she wants to listen to music or needs to text anyone. After that, 5th hour I'm pretty off limits, and 6th hour I'm using sparingly. But by the time 6th hour ends. I'm normally on 40%, so as soon as she gets home I'm plugged up for awhile. She only uses me to play music while she's doing homework, and the occasional social media check. Once she's done with that, I'm used the majority of the night until I have to be plugged up again to rest for the next day to come. I could be sitting on the charger for a while though, she gets me taken away quite a bit, at least once a week. Even though my days are pretty busy, I wouldn't change it, mostly because I get to keep up with everything going on, all thanks to the social media I kind of force her to be connected with.
