STRESS!! - Amelia Caldwell

Based upon the fact that this week is production week for my studio's production of Rapunzel and AP tests start next week, you could say I have enough stress for two people maybe more. In order to deal with the stress I really need to prioritize my time. For example, I need to spend more time studying for physics than calculus. As long as I leave enough time for every subject I will be okay. If, for some reason, I become overwhelmed with stress. I will go to my room, turn off my lights and meditate. Meditation is a good way to deal with stress because it forces you to relax and then think more clearly.I love to meditate, it helps me stay focused and calm even when I am surrounded by high stress situations.
