Right now - Sam Flomenhoft
At this very moment, somewhere in the universe, there is a teenage alien throwing a fit over being grounded from his hovercar. "It's just not fair," he's saying, "I was only going three hundred selims per rouh, only a hundred over the limit. The APPD (Alien Planet Police Force) really shouldn't have pulled me over." Yet he will still be grounded for a month (which is forty five days on his planet) and he will have to find rides to all the local hovercar races. On top of it, his streetracing career, which was just taking off, is temporarily suspended, which will cause him to fall in the rankings and he'll have to boost it back up when he gets back. It'll be more of a hassle for the parents too, he argues, but they don't listen. They're going to have to teach their son responsibility before he gets his craft back. Good thing he was grounded too because at the very next street race and astroid landed and killed two of the eight drivers, one of whom would've been this very alien, had his parents not grounded him from the hovercar.
