Hello friends, today I will be taking you on a abridged journey of my life using approximately 150 words. My name is Michael Wingate Sweeney although I prefer to be called Gates. I was born here in Lexington and have grown up in the Chevy Chase area. I went to Christ the King school up until 2nd grade when I moved to Cassidy. I then continued on to Morton and now Henry Clay. 

My academic goals for this year are to achieve a 4.0 GPA, which is actually something I've never accomplished. Like the average teen I tend to get really distracted and I forget pretty much everything that's important.

If I were to choose a superpower I would choose to read peoples minds. That way I can be very successful by knowing how the world thinks and what the people want.

The big thing that geeks me out is working with technology, literally. Recently I have started building websites for small businesses. It's a really good feeling to satisfy someone with their work and accomplish something while making some money at the same time.
