Changes- Olivia McCrary

In order to avoid the many conflicts that arise because students at Henry Clay are so loud and out of control in the hallways between classes, I have decided that a new policy should be enforced. This is the best solution possible. After carefully contemplating a wide variety of options, I have decided that there should be no talking allowed in the hallways. Simply monitoring the hallways is not enough. The problem of students yelling and talking instead of going to class is too severe for mild action. This new policy will solve the problem immediately because students will face punishment if the rule is broken. That punishment will be a deduction of points from all of their class grades. The students of Henry Clay have shown consistently that they cannot behave whatsoever in the hallways between classes. This new policy is not harsh. These students do not deserve any freedom or liberty for their poor behavior.
