I have chosen to answer the question- has technology every inconvenienced you or hurt you? Maybe technology got in your way, slowed you down or even literally hurt you? Have you seen technology have a negative impact on society?

I love my technology, my iphone 4s, Nike plus GPS watch, and my laptop that I got for Christmas. They are all very useful objects that help communicate information and help me work on projects for school that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to do. But I believe that if we didn’t have technology as advanced as this, we could live in a nicer time. We wouldn’t have to worry about learning all these skills like typing, programming, or how to search for the correct things in kyvl.org. If we go even further in lowering technology to before the car; we see healthier, fit people.

I recently went to a camp with my church and they “forced” us to give them our phones. During that week, I felt more connected to the people around me than I had before and had less distractions than the normal week. It was great. People are always on their phone now! When friends "hang out" with each other, they might as well not even be in the same room, they are scavenging the internet, looking at other peoples' pictures and tweets, ignoring the friends they were supposed to be with at that moment.
