Help! - Jeb Brumley

Overall, I have enjoyed english class this year. I feel like we avoided spending time on busy work and had a real reason behind everything we have done. I thought that reading the essays in class was helpful, as I got input from many people on my essays. I also thought it was helpful to hear the feedback given on the other essays, but I think that sometimes we spent too much time in class reading them. I felt like I would lose focus easily after we had read my essay or had read fifteen or twenty. Although I thought that when we got into groups of about four or five and discussed several different essays, we had the same effectiveness but with  slightly more productiveness. I also liked how we talked about the types of essays separately and also thought the vocab we did during first semester helped some for standardized tests.
