          Overall I would say this has been one of the better English classes I have ever had, it was definitely enjoyable and I feel that I, as well as my classmates, have benefited in the long run. However there are a few things that need some fine tuning, most of all essays. Trying to do small group grading was a great idea however it seemed that we more or less just went through and agreed on the grade to get the job done opposed to having much specific commentary on each essay. But I still think that future students may benefit more from small group grading than as a whole class because having the entire class grade your essay at the whole time is embarrassing, whether the essays are anonymous or not. And that embarrassment leads some people to zone out or even leave the room to avoid hearing their classmates critique their work (even though the commentary is helpful.) Everything else was pretty good and I feel that most of us were definitely prepared for the AP test.
